- JO-JAN makes his appearance amongst the crowd with a bouquet of flowers in his hand, creating a huge stir. While everybody is expecting TIN-LAM to accept it, TIN-LAM instead pushes her way and runs away through the crowd. Having cooled down a bit, TIN-LAM makes an appointment to meet with JO-JAN first, yet she is still too reluctant to reveal her real doubts to him. With the swift spreading of the video of JO-JAN in the crowded street, he and TIN-LAM have become the talk of the town. KWOK CHING persuades TIN-LAM to take a break, though JO-JAN very much wanted to accompany her, he is turned down by TIN-LAM. PO-TI and the others are in disguise for the purpose of the investigation, during which TUNG-FAI passes by and sees MEI-SUN, but gets caught up in a shooting there. Upon his return to the restaurant, JO-JAN is informed by PO-TI of TIN-LAM's whereabouts in Cheung Chau, so he rushes there in search of her……
