  • After graduating from college, Ng Yun Fat joined a real estate company as sales executive. He is a smart young man always looking for opportunities to make money. His girlfriend, Fong Mei Lai, is a pretty girl with a simple mind. After overhearing a conversation between Yun Fat and a client, she decided to buy a flat so they can get married. When Yun Fat found out that one of his clients wanted a flat, he sold the one which Mei Lai bought and made some money. Mei Lai was very angry when she knew about it. Yun Fat's old-fashioned mother and tomboy sister moved to the city from Lamma Island. They sold all their properties on Lamma Island and used the money to buy a flat in the city which Yun Fat considered to be old and shabby. When he was told he has to move in he was totally stunned.
